Life Challenge (3pts): Top athletes eat healthily. Can you make a healthy meal plan for yourself for the whole of Sunday? (and your family if they let you). Think about your five a day, your vitamins, protein levels and roughly how many calories you think you need. Make sure you have the food in your house as you will need to “eat your plan” on Sunday!
